1. Use of the Service
EnduroSchool provides training, coaching, and educational content related to enduro riding.
You agree to use the service responsibly and at your own risk.
2. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Motorcycle riding and training involve inherent risks.
EnduroSchool is not responsible for:
- Injuries
- Damages
- Accidents occurring from use of our content
Always train within your limits and follow local laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All activity under your account
4. Payments and Subscriptions
- Payments may be processed via Apple In-App Purchase or external providers
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
5. Marketplace / Events (if applicable)
EnduroSchool may act as a platform connecting users with third-party coaches or events.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party services
- Event outcomes
6. Content Ownership
All content in the app is owned by EnduroSchool and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
EnduroSchool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
